Principal's Message

To the students, families, staff, and community of Volusia Pines Elementary, I am honored and excited to serve as your principal. I am grateful for the opportunity to join this incredible school community and look forward to building strong relationships, celebrating success, and continuing the proud tradition of Panther PRIDE! 

At Volusia Pines, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every child is valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential. I believe in leading with integrity, collaboration, and a student-centered focus, always keeping what is best for children at the heart of every decision. 

As we begin this new school year, we also have an amazing accomplishment to celebrate. Thanks to the dedication and hard work of our students, staff, families, and community, Volusia Pines Elementary is an "A" School! This achievement reflects the collective effort and commitment of everyone who makes our school such a special place. 

Together, We Achieved: 

  • ELA Proficiency: Increased by 9 points 

  • Math Proficiency: Increased by 6 points 

  • Science Proficiency: Increased by an incredible 15 points 

  • Growth Across the Board! 

These outstanding results demonstrate what is possible when students, families, and educators work together toward a common goal. While we are proud of this achievement, we know our work is far from finished! 

As we celebrate this success, I am thrilled to continue the momentum alongside our Volusia Pines Family. Together, we will support every child through high-quality instruction, intentional intervention, meaningful learning experiences, and opportunities that foster both academic and personal growth. The partnership between home and school is essential, and your support, encouragement, and involvement play a vital role in the success of our students. 

I am excited for the journey ahead and confident that our best days are still to come. Thank you for your continued partnership and trust as we work together to help every Panther learn, grow, and thrive!
